Well Here we are, I never thought we'd see B-day+10. Its looking ever more like we may be phoning the hospital for our 'ticket at 8.30am on Sunday. There's still time though so you never know. That is a bizarre concept though, phoning in the morning to get your 'slot' as to when to come in. Its a bit like queuing for the cheese counter at tesco, although a bit more messy and painful id imagine!
Thanks for all your comments! Mum, You're right, My spelling has not changed, and it probably never will, its the way I am, and what I lack in speeling (!) I make up for in.... ummm... well I'll think of something, I'll let you know!
Claire/Austin, thanks for the suggestions! We'll certainly have a think about them, actually, bizarrely yesterday Zoe and myself were chatting about names and I suggested Ronaldo, but we both decided that actually that would make a better 'Dog' name than baby name!!!! So there you go when we get our Dog (that'll be a while!) Ronaldo it is!
Ellis - Thankyou soooo much they are super names! Zoe and I will have a chat about them tonight, and you'll find out if we picked one when the baby arrives!! Actually a friend of mine in the office has just suggested that maybe we use all of the names that you and your dad picked, but im thinking that might be a bit of a mouthful! Imagine, you'd walk up to the baby and say "Hello, Ryan roy Rio Alex Ronaldo Ruud Wes Mikael Gabriel Edwin sam william gregor harry harrisson conner ben ethan Wickham! How are you?!" he he! But dont worry, im sure lots of cuddles will be going round very soon! The babys been kicking away inside Zoe, cant wait to get out and meet you all!

B-day+9
Nine days overdue, it feels a lot longer. Some good news though, some friends of ours who were due around the same time as us, have just had a baby boy! Joshua Robert vallance weighing 9lb 2oz! what a big boy! Im guessing ours will be up there contending on weight if he/she is following in his dad's footsteps!
We didnt try any new ways for inducing labour last night, so no new pictures im afraid, although the suggestions that have been posted have been noted!
On another note, were still on the hunt for a boys middle name! i think we've been through about a thousand 'baby name' websites and about as many books, trying to come up with something, but alas nothing yet. Any suggestions??! i was liking the ring of 'Raymond' what do you think?? I (tim) found a random website that automatically generated a new name for yourself, so I thought well ill try that and if its any good then we may be able to use it. so after typing in timothy peter wickham and selecting that i was a 'creative' (i know debabtable!) it suggested we should call our baby..... wait for it....
yeah i dont think so. On with the journey.

Ways to bring on labour no.45238159

1001+ a few ways to bring on labour
Idea number: 185546984
Idea Method: "It is thought that around one fifth of pregnant women take some form of raspberry leaf. The belief is that it will shorten labour and make the birth easier. The use of this herb for remedial purposes dates back to the sixth century and its benefits in childbirth have been recorded as a proven aid in maternity in the most ancient of herbal books." according to some pregnancy website!
Idea Result: hasnt really done to much yet either, will keep popping though, it could help in the long run!
Idea Conclusion: Again Jury's out, will keep trying!

B-day+7
well its official, Zoe is now 41 weeks pregnant! We had a midwife appointment this afternoon at which they were going to do another "strech and sweep", however they decided it wasnt in Zoe's best interest. So after a quick check out, which was all fine, we have an induction date. This Sunday we have to phone up southmead delivery suite at 8.30am and they'll give us a time to go in. As you can imagine we really want to have as natural a birth as possible, so were praying that our little one decides its time for the out before then! We'd really like to go onto the midwife led unit as well, which they wont let us do if zoe's induced. So there you go! We'd really appreciate your prayers, its such a fustrating time, and weve never been good at waiting!

Well were still here! The visit to the fireworks last night in an atempt to scare zoe into labour, didnt really work ;-) Probably mainly due to the fact that we got the timings wrong for the display and ended up going to the childrens 'no bang' display!! oh well! So here we are. Zoe's very bored, and a little frustrated, as are we both, so if anyone has any suggestions we'd love to here them! We have tried loads of 'home remedies' nothing seems to have done the trick though, The suggestion of drinking loads of pinapple juice will probably be tried today. We'll let you know if anything happens!

sorry!
I cant believe its been almost a month since we last updated this. Really sorry! its been such a busy month, its been hard to find time to relax! Well I (tim) have spent a lot of time up north again, but this time in sunny Rochdale, first a week of technical rehersals, and then a week of lighting programming for Luv Esther. It was a tough few weeks, but i happy to say the show is look amazing! Our first gig of the tour is tomorrow night in Littlehampton, and then along the coast to southampton Guildhall the next night. Its really hard work, mainly the rigging and putting everything up, however its definatly worth it. just to bring the presence of God in to those venues and see Him touching people is great. I cant wait to see whats going to happen through the shopw over these next few months. Our dream is to see loads of people raised up as missionaries to the projects were working with all over the world now, and also raise a chuff load of money to go out there as well! Its all good good good. Anyway, im just waiting for the final backup dvd of the show to finish burning and im off down south, staying over, and thne starting the load in at 6.30am :-( will let you know how it goes when i get back. If you want to see what we get up to in the crew check out www.luvesthercrew.co.uk or the main Luv esther website www.luvesther.com Right gotta dash, ill get Zoe to pop on and add what she's been up to asap.
Oh! also, a good friend of ours has just been over to the Ukraine to meet some people and see whether we can send some teams over htere. check out the story of his trip in full global technicolour here - www.ifoto.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ Bye!

going to look at a car!
Good afternoon! Well as Zoe mentioned the other day, weve now got £1000 towards our new car. Gods been so good to us, and i know he's not finished yet! Weve seen one in the local paper that looks really good from the sound of it, its a Vauxhall Vectra Estate and its got all the features we're after. Anyway we'll let you know how it goes.
Im off to Luv Esther tech rehersals in Rochdale tomorrow night. Its going to be a long week of setting up the set, truss and all the gear and then taking it down again! So by the end of the week we'll be so quick at doing it, the tour will be a breeze!
We went to the dedication of a little friend of ours called Charlie Reynolds today, A really beautiful day, We prayed over Charlie and his parents and then had a well earned BBQ! It was really good. Made me think about us having a baby even more. Im so excited about being a dad, i really cant wait. Not long to go now as well, when i get bck from rehersals, weve got a week off, so its all systems go in getting the nursery up and running. Weve already made a start, stripping the nasty woodchip wallpaper off, just need to steam off the lining paper that was left and then put all the new stuff up! Fun fun Fun! Well thats all from me, off to see the car in a bit, so better get ready.
Bye! Tim xx

Vroom Vroooomm!
Well after two years of driving round the country our car has finally given up on life! its been such a blessing to us, and has done really well. Unfortunatly the cost of repairing it is more than the cars worth, and ideally we really need a bigger car anyway, what with the baby coming along. So weve set our prayer target, and have been looking around to see whats out there. After a lot of prayer and discusing we really think God is telling us to be specific about it, and let him know what kind of car we want, so thats what weve done! Already weve been given £500 towards it which is amazing! God is so good, and i cant wait to update this, with how he's provided totally for us! so stay tuned!

A new week!
Hi guys! Well another new week, were both reasonably busy with this and that, Zoe's in the midst of Luv Esther project managment meetings, discussing tour venues, practicalities etc.. quite stressful as you can imagine as there is so much work to put in in order to make a huge tour like this actually happen, so if you could pray that she would have peace and wisdom in those meetings, that would be great! And im working on a whole load of video production for a tour weve got going out in November, featuring 'steve', Andy hunter, and a band called 'Dweeb'. The tour is going to be doing 12 dates round the UK, and it's heart is really to bring God into those place through worship! its going to be really good, ive heard some of the tracks that 'steve' are going to be doing and they're great, totally soaked in God. So its my job to make some visuals that go along with those song to match! Its going to be hard work as i only have 'till the end of August to do about 12 songs, as then im off to Technical rehersals for Luv Esther up north somewhere, Near bradford possibly? Im not sure. So if you can pray that i get some inspiration! that would be great.

Pics from Croatia!
Just got round to scanning in some of the photos from our holiday in Croatia! We had a really great time, it's such a beautiful country. top one is Me on a day trip to Lake Bled in Slovenia, middle one is The port of Rovinj, where we took the 20 minute boat trip from every day to get to the island where our hotel was, and below is beautiful Zoe, on Red Island, where our hotel was.

Heres the 20 week scan of the little one! arrrr isnt he / she cute! Now we dont know wether its a boy or a girl yet, so ive taken to picking either one or the other when im talking about it, so if i say 'he's been kicking a lot recently' then it doesnt mean it definatly a boy!!! We decided not to find out untill its born - more of a surprise!! Although that is making picking the colours for the nursery fun! (Heads on the right, foot on the left, big belly - like his dad - in the middle!!)
